Our favorite tween crooner was out and about in Los Angeles yesterday (February 18th), getting some treats for that new beautiful puppy she just recently acquired. Happy go lucky and friendly with all the workers, Miley smiled and enjoyed doing the normal things in life that we all do too. She looks to be VERY happy!
